How to Develop Good Habits
- Be consistent. Keep practicing the new behaviors you want to incorporate into your life.
- Do things you enjoy. No matter how good it is for you, you will never stick with something if you don't like it. If you loathe the treadmill, try something else. There are so many ways to be healthy and active.
- Find support. If you aren't surrounded by people who uplift you toward your goals, chances are, you won't reach them.
- Be patient. Know that good habits develop just like bad habits - over time. You didn't end up here overnight and you won't change it overnight.
